Our computerized accounting program has been customized to facilitate the payment and detailed breakdown of all monthly and maintenance expenses by individual property address. These detailed monthly statements can provide up to date financial information to assist the determination of the equity of property. Our Year End statement provides a complete yet easy to read summary of all activities regarding the property.

The Property Management division of Pat King (1995) Limited is proud to manage one of the few remaining manned parking lots in Downtown Dartmouth. Conveniently located between Portland Street and Queen Street in the first block from Alderney Dr., the lot provides hourly, daily and monthly parking options. Several merchants and banks in the downtown core provide complimentary parking for their clients.
